Meet Lacey

Welcome to The Well Clinic! I am Lacey Threeton, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your path toward wellness, healing and growth.

I earned both my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a focus in Christian Counseling and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My academic training, spiritual training, and personal healing journey have shaped my approach to therapy, blending clinical excellence with a heart for soul care and spiritual formation.

As a Christian counselor and SITT-trained Story-Informed Trauma Therapist, I specialize in trauma therapy, including complex PTSD (C-PTSD), PTSD, narcissistic abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and marriage counseling as a SYMBIS certified counselor. I also provide support for those navigating the unique challenges of blended families and military spousal life, offering compassionate care and tools for healthy communication and connection.

I have a passion for working with single moms and walking with them as they reclaim their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I work with clients ages 6 and up, creating a safe, welcoming space for all who are ready to engage in the work of healing.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and growth-oriented, drawing from story work, somatic techniques, and spiritual insight to help each client connect with their identity and purpose. I believe in honoring the full picture of who you are—mind, body, soul, and story—as we move toward restoration and lasting transformation.

As a wounded healer, I bring both personal experience and professional training into the therapy room. My goal is to help you reconnect with your God-given blueprint for wellness and empower you to live with greater clarity, resilience, and freedom.

Outside of my work at The Well Clinic, I love being outside in the sunshine—I consider myself solar powered! I enjoy time with my family, running (or my latest hyperfixation of walking with a weighted vest), coffee shopping with my daughter, and eating anything my husband cooks. Laughter, meaningful conversations, and a good cup of coffee are some of my favorite parts of life.

I’m so glad you’re here. It’s an honor to be part of your blueprint to wellness.
